When I was little, I mean really little. I traded my cousin Constantine three pennies and a nickel for his quarter. Now I felt like I was getting the win right because I got more money. When we're looking at a disrupting work mindset, how do we trade 5 days for 2 days?

How do we trade Monday through Friday, to get to the weekend?

No, we look at every day as the same because days are not money. A day does not have one value and another day has a different value.

Now, I’m not saying we can't look forward to Friday. I’m not saying that we don’t look forward to family time, that we don’t look forward to the weekend, that we don’t look forward to a vacation.

But if the moment that we wake up on Monday we say Gosh, I can’t wait until 5 o’clock, I can't wait until 6 o’clock, I can't wait for Friday.

What are we losing, were trading 5 days for 2, 5 days for a day, or 5 days for a day and a half? We have to find the Meraki the love of the work that we do, we can't just trade 5 Days for two

Now, I’m not saying every day has to be perfect, amazing.

But, never trade 5 for 2
